Limen

Work on your tasks. Find your people.

Join a video call with a few other people. Say what you will do. Work in focused blocks. Say what you did.

That is the whole thing. Shoulder by shoulder, getting things done, by yourself, but together.

First session is free. After that 9.80 € a month, cancel any time.

How Limen is built

One community, two ways in.

Limen Cowork gets you working next to people. Limen Talk turns that into friendships. Join either, or both.

Limen Cowork

Two-hour work sessions, side by side.

  • Online, on video
  • In Amsterdam, in person

Limen Talk

1-1 introductions and group dinners.

  • Online calls & Amsterdam coffees
  • Amsterdam dinners

What this is

Not just a quiet room — a community.

Same faces, on purpose. That is what turns cowork sessions, 1-1s and dinners into people you actually know.

Cowork

A quiet room, online or in Amsterdam. Cameras on, mics off. Other people are working right there with you — that is what keeps you at your desk.

1-1 friendship

Not a quiet room — a real conversation. We match you with someone worth meeting, online or over coffee, built for friendship, not networking.

Dinners

Seated dinners in Amsterdam with the crowd. The same faces keep showing up — that is what makes it a community, not just an event.

The best combination: come to the group sessions, then take a 1-1 coffee to build a real friendship. Just here for the people? You can join for 1-1 intros on their own too.

Who it's for

People who are tired of doing it alone.

The old way of working alone stopped working. This is the new one — an existing journey, made with people already on it.

  • Remote workers
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Job seekers
  • Anyone new in the city
  • Anyone in transition, figuring out what is next

How it works

Three ways in, each dead simple.

Cowork sessions run anywhere from two hours online to a full day in Amsterdam — built from the same blocks either way, so you never have to wonder what happens next.

How cowork works

Online or in Amsterdam — same shape, however long it runs.

  1. 1

    Intro

    10–15 min, once

Everybody says one sentence: what you will do today. Out loud, to real people. That sentence is most of the magic.

  2. 2

    Work block

    45–50 min, repeats

Mics off, cameras on. Nobody talks. You do the thing you said you would do.

  3. 3

    Break

    10–15 min, repeats

Stand up, get water, or — on the longer Amsterdam days — grab lunch with whoever is still there.

  4. 4

    Another block

as long as the session runs

Work, break, work, break. Join for one block or stay for the whole window — the room keeps the same shape either way.

  5. 5

    Checkout

    20 min, once

Everyone shares what they got done. Then the room closes and you get your day back.

How 1-1 friendship works

Three steps, no directory.

  1. 1

    Match

We pair you with someone from the community, with a short note on why.

  2. 2

    Say yes

You confirm before we ever make the intro. No surprises.

  3. 3

    Meet, then keep meeting

Online call or Amsterdam coffee. See each other again at cowork or a dinner — that is how belonging builds, step by step.

How dinners work

The offline crowd, over a real meal.

  1. 1

    Reserve your seat

Small, seated, in Amsterdam. Limited spots.

  2. 2

    Show up

Talk over food. No pitch, no agenda, no laptops.

  3. 3

    Stay in the crowd

Same faces keep showing up — that is the whole point.

House rules

Belonging has to be earned, on both sides.

It depends on how well we know each other, and whether we are ready to share. That takes being seen, carefully, and showing each other sincere respect. It is why we keep cameras on and mics off — small things, but they add up.

Please do

  • Turn your camera on. It is what makes the room work.
  • Keep your mic off while people are working.
  • Pick one task per block and say it out loud.
  • Join in the first ten minutes if you can.

Please do not

  • No selling. Nobody here wants your deck.
  • No side chat in the work blocks.
  • No meetings inside the session. Work only.
  • No pressure to be interesting. Be boring and productive.

Questions

Things people ask first.

Do I have to talk?

One sentence at the start and one at the end. That is all. The rest of the time your mic is off.

Camera on, really?

Yes. Seeing other people work is the whole trick. It is why you stay at your desk.

What if I am late?

Join anyway. Mic off, camera on, get to work. Nobody will stop the room to greet you.

What do I need?

A laptop, headphones, and one task you have been putting off.

Can I leave early?

Yes. Wave, turn off your camera, go. No explanation needed.

How many people are in a session?

Small on purpose. Usually four to ten.

What language?

English. Simple English. Most people here are not native speakers either.

How do I cancel?

One message to me, or one click in the payment page. It is month to month, so it stops at the end of that month.

Who runs it

Pavel Kozlov

I run Limen. I open the room, keep the time, and make sure it stays quiet and useful.

Before this, I ran a company that put together 500+ 1-1 friendship meetings. Limen is my new project — it goes deeper: real connection and a community that leaves people with an actual feeling of belonging. I live in Amsterdam and I am looking for like-minded people, so do not hesitate to reach out.

If you are not sure whether this is for you, just ask me. A short message is enough, you do not need to write a whole introduction.

Your next work block could be the good one.

Pick your way in — work next to people, or meet them 1-1. The first cowork session costs nothing.

Free the first cowork session, then 9.80 € per month. Cancel any time.
