Privacy
Limen is run by Pavel Kozlov in Amsterdam. For anything about your data, email pavel.kozlov.msu@gmail.com.
What this site measures
Visits. Umami counts page views and button clicks. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address, so it cannot tell who you are.
Meta Pixel, only if you allow it. We ask only people who came here from one of our Meta ads. Everyone else never loads it. Meta sets a cookie on this site (_fbp, kept for 90 days) and reads its own cookies on facebook.com. It tells Meta which pages you open, so we can see which of our Meta ads bring people here and show our ads to people who visited. The data goes to Meta Platforms Ireland and may be processed in the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do this only with your consent, and you can withdraw it here at any time:
Your email, when you ask for email updates. It goes into a Google Form and a Google Sheet that only Pavel can open, together with what you picked, your answers to the three questions, the time you sent it and the exact text you saw. We use it only to send you what you picked. To unsubscribe, reply to any of our emails or write to pavel.kozlov.msu@gmail.com, and we delete your row. Google processes it for us under its own privacy policy.
The work spots map. The map and the small maps in our work spots guide are pictures loaded from OpenStreetMap’s servers, which see your IP address like any site you visit. If you type your street to sort places by walking time, what you type goes to OpenStreetMap’s address search (Nominatim) to find it on the map. We never receive it: your browser keeps it on this device so you do not have to type it again, until you clear it.
What you send us
When you register or pay on Luma, pay through Revolut, send company details in our Google Form, or write to us by email or WhatsApp, we use what you send only to run your sessions and send invoices. Each of those services also has its own privacy policy.
We keep invoices for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it. Everything else we delete when you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the data we have about you, and withdraw your consent at any time. If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
