Working circles for founders in Amsterdam
They come for introductions, clients, insights, and clarity. They return for trust, a sense of support, and the energy to move their business forward.
Work by yourself. Together.
First session is free. After that 50 € a month, cancel any time.
What you get
Warm intros, real focus, honest conversation.
Warm intros
The people in the room introduce you to your next client, hire, or partner because now they know you in person — something algorithms and meetups can't do.
Real focus
Facilitated environment — the right amount of solo work and thoughtful socializing. You get more done next to other founders than alone at home.
Honest conversation
In the breaks, once people already know what you're building, they can actually help — or ask you for help. Everyone in the room is a connector, including you.
Who it's for
Founders building without other founders around them.
Solo, still looking for a co-founder, working alone on purpose, or running a fully remote team — if nobody is building alongside you, this is for you.
- Losing touch with people (and reality) while working with AI agents all day long.
- A hard time starting a new productive day at the same setup, in the same space.
- A problem someone nearby has already solved. They haven't written about it on X or LinkedIn, but they're ready to share it with you in person.
- Solo founders
- Pre-co-founder, building alone for now
- Founders with a fully remote team
What it actually does
9 out of 10
founders say they get more done in a facilitated session next to other founders than working alone at home.
One founder came to three sessions over two months, found a pilot client, and is now testing a business partnership with someone else from the room.
Warm introductions happen naturally, but you can't force them. To make them happen, you just have to keep showing up.
How it works
The perfect mix of deep work and social connection
Full-day Amsterdam sessions follow a consistent, predictable structure — so you can drop in or leave early and still get full value.
- 1
Intro
10–15 min, once
Everyone says one sentence out loud to the room: what you do and what you will finish today. That single act creates most of the value.
- 2
Work block
45–50 min, repeats
Nobody talks. You do the thing you said you would do.
- 3
Break
10–15 min, repeats
Take a break, grab a drink, and chat. Since everyone already knows what you're working on, the ice is already broken.
- 4
Another block
as long as the session runs
Work, break, work, break. Join for one block or stay for the whole window — the room keeps the same shape either way.
- 5
Checkout
20 min, once
Everyone shares what they accomplished. Then the session ends, leaving you with the most productive and valuable day of your week.

What a session actually looks like.

Why not just a Slack group / Meetup
A Slack community and even a Meetup isn't the same room.
Slack groups have low engagement. Coffee shops are full of strangers. Meetups end in small talk. Real connections, ideas, and intros come from working alongside founders solving the same problems as you.
What people worry about
The three questions everyone asks before the first session.
"My schedule is packed, I have calls."
Step aside for a private call without leaving the session or disturbing anyone.
"Life gets in the way — kids, errands, a bad week."
Sessions run regularly, so there's always another one to come back to.
"I don't know who else will be in the room."
We curate for founders who are open, driven, and easy to be around — anyone who turns out to be a bad fit doesn't get invited back.
House rules
Belonging is earned together.
It builds when we see each other, share openly, and show respect. Small habits — like making an effort to show up and be open — make the room work.
Please do
- Pick one task per block and say it out loud.
- Join in the first 20 minutes if you can.
- Connect people: ask questions and offer warm intros.
Please do not
- Pitch or sell to the room.
- Take meetings or chat in the common room during work blocks.
- Try to impress — just be productive.
In their words
01 / 04“Pasha introduces people clean and sharp, so you instantly get this is your kind of person. That alone isn't enough in our goldfish-attention world — but Pasha's got that covered too. His coworks, hangouts, and dinners keep bumping you into the same crowd, over and over, like it's no big deal. I found a business partner and a couple of leads out of the transactional side of it. What actually stuck was feeling like I've got my people in his warm Limen.”
Who runs it
Pavel Kozlov
I run Limen. I open the room, keep the time, and make sure it stays quiet and useful — I've been designing connection formats like this since 2018.
I co-founded Random Coffee, a product for meaningful connections inside interest-based communities — raised $100k, grew it to €250k ARR and 10k meetings weekly, got it profitable, then sold my stake. Since then, I've stayed focused on creating real connections — hosting founder coworking sessions in Amsterdam and teaching a top-rated startup seminar (5.0/5.0). I facilitate this because I've lived it: I built a company from scratch, raised funding, reached profitability, sold my stake, and moved to a new country to build again.
If you are not sure whether this is for you, just ask me. A short message is enough, you do not need to write a whole introduction.

Questions
Things people ask first.
Do I have to talk?
One sentence at the start and one at the end. That is all. The rest is the opportunity to connect, not an obligation.
What if I am late?
Join anyway. You can introduce yourself and share your task at the start of any work block.
What do I need?
A laptop, headphones, and one task you have been putting off.
Can I leave early?
Yes. Wave and go. No explanation needed.
How many people are in a session?
Small on purpose. Usually four to ten.
What language?
English. Simple English. Most people here are not native speakers either.
How do I cancel?
One message to me, or one click in the payment page. It is month to month, so it stops at the end of that month.
